More Macros

I’m learning real quick a few important points about shooting macro shots.  #1, I need knee pads and a shorter tripod – #2, when there’s a breeze blowing, plan on sitting for awhile to get THE shot, and #3, when the breeze decides to blow even harder, don’t waste your time waiting to get a shot of a dandelion with the seed head intact!!  I did manage to get another one though.

May 5, 2009 - 5:07 PM Judy Fehrenbacher - These are fantastic! I've scrolled down and looked at each and every one of these shots and they are wonderful! I'm envious and hope to one day do the same thing. In my family I am know as the camera lady. Always have a camera in my hand and always taking shots. But never had a good camera to explore outside the box. I so enjoy looking at these, and what is strange is that I was thinking about if you had any new ones for us to look at - and then I scrolled down and saw your comment on the home page of fb. Thanks Cheryl. I love them all!
